What happens after my free trial ends?
Your trial automatically converts to a paid subscription using the payment method you provide. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends without being charged.
Can I upgrade from Solo to Enterprise later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. The cost will be prorated based on your current billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through Stripe. Invoicing is available for Enterprise customers upon request.
Is there a commitment or contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime, and your subscription will end at the end of your current billing period.
What if I need more than 5 Enterprise seats?
No problem! Additional seats are €9.9/month each. You can add or remove seats at any time from your admin dashboard.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us for a full refund.
