1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the website (quic-share.zemendaniel.hu), registering an account, or downloading the ZettaSend application (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services or download the Software.

2. License Tiers & Permitted Use

ZettaSend operates under a dual-licensing model:

  • Free Tier (Source Code): You may compile the source code yourself for strictly non-commercial, personal use.
  • Pro Tier: Grants a single user access to pre-compiled binaries and support for strictly non-commercial, personal use.
  • Enterprise Tier: Grants a commercial license allowing the Software to be used within a business, corporate, or revenue-generating environment.

Redistribution Prohibited: You may not upload, share, distribute, or resell the pre-compiled binaries (e.g., .exe, .zip, .flatpak) obtained through a Pro or Enterprise subscription. Doing so will result in immediate account termination without a refund.

3. Acceptable Use

ZettaSend is a peer-to-peer file transfer tool. You are solely responsible for the data you transmit or receive. You agree NOT to use the Software to:

  • Transmit illegal, copyrighted, or malicious material (e.g., malware, viruses).
  • Engage in any activity that violates local, national, or international law.

Because ZettaSend utilizes end-to-end encryption, we do not monitor, store, or have access to your file transfers.

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions bill annually.

EU Right of Withdrawal Waiver: Under EU consumer protection law, digital goods are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal once the download has begun. By purchasing a Pro or Enterprise tier and downloading the pre-compiled Software, you explicitly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.

If you experience technical issues, please contact support, and refunds may be issued at our sole discretion.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL DANIEL ZEMEN OR ZETTASEND BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and license at any time, without notice or liability, for any breach of these Terms.
